Overview
These terms govern your participation as a SIM supplier on SMSTwins. They are designed to be clear and practical — we want reliable partners who can deliver verification SMS consistently.
Revenue share
You receive 60% of each successful activation routed through your numbers. Payouts are available from your provider balance once you configure a wallet and meet the minimum withdrawal amount.
Number quality & recycling
- Do not recycle the same phone number across multiple customer activations for the same service within platform cooldown periods.
- Numbers must be capable of receiving real SMS on the SIM hardware you operate — no simulated or fake delivery.
- Register only numbers you control and can keep online for the duration of listed inventory.
Supply tiers & uptime
- Hobby — part-time desktop operation; manual SMS paste allowed; lower routing priority.
- Standard — 24/7 VPS required; automated SMS only; normal routing weight.
- Enterprise — SIM-bank farms; middleware and wholesale SIM supply expected at scale; highest routing priority.
- Keep SMSTwins Gateway running during your stated operating hours. Extended offline periods reduce routing priority and may mark numbers offline.
- Keep gateway software updated from the official provider download page (currently v1.2+).
Acceptable use
- No fraud, spam, or deliberate delivery failure.
- No sharing device tokens or account access with unauthorized parties.
- Comply with applicable telecommunications laws in your jurisdiction and countries where you supply numbers.
- SMSTwins may suspend or terminate accounts that harm customers or platform reputation.
Account separation
Provider accounts are separate from customer accounts. Use a dedicated email for your supplier business — not the same login you use to buy numbers as a customer.
Approval
Applications are reviewed manually. Access to the provider portal, device tokens, and supply routing begins only after approval.
