Provider Agreement

1. Relationship

This Provider Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as a SIM supply partner on SMSTwins. By applying, connecting gateway software, or supplying numbers, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Provider obligations

• Operate only SIM hardware and numbers you are authorized to use
• Keep gateway software online and report accurate inventory
• Forward SMS messages promptly and do not alter OTP content
• Maintain reasonable uptime as declared in your application
• Comply with local telecommunications and privacy laws

3. Earnings & payouts

You earn a commission per successful activation credited to your provider balance. Payouts are processed to your registered cryptocurrency wallet after admin review. SMSTwins may withhold payouts during fraud investigations.

4. Supply tiers

Approved providers are assigned a supply tier (Hobby, Standard, or Enterprise) that determines routing priority, concurrent activation limits, and technical requirements. Standard and Enterprise tiers require automated SMS capture and always-on hosting. Hobby tier allows manual operation with lower routing priority.

5. Quality & suspension

Providers are ranked by delivery success rate and uptime. Repeated failures, fake SMS, or policy violations may result in suspension or termination. Quality metrics may be shown on our public provider leaderboard.

6. Data & security

You must protect device credentials and gateway tokens. SMS content is processed only to deliver verification codes to customers and is not sold to third parties.
