1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SMSTwins ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SMSTwins provides virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes for legitimate purposes including software testing, quality assurance, and privacy protection during account registration.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SMSTwins only for lawful purposes. You may use our virtual numbers to:

• Receive SMS verification codes during legitimate account registration
• Test SMS verification flows in software development and QA environments
• Protect your personal phone number privacy during sign-up processes

You may not use SMSTwins to:

• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
• Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms
• Send spam, harassment, or illegal communications
• Circumvent security measures for malicious purposes
• Resell or redistribute numbers outside the platform

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Virtual Numbers & Activations

Virtual numbers are temporary and assigned for a limited activation window. If a verification code is not received within the allotted time, your balance will be automatically refunded. SMSTwins does not guarantee successful verification on all third-party platforms, as acceptance depends on external service policies.

5. Payments & Balance

Account balances are topped up via cryptocurrency payments processed through Cryptomus. Balances are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the SMSTwins platform. Refunds for unused balance may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining balance if termination is due to terms violation.
