Refund Policy

1. Automatic Activation Refunds

If you do not receive an SMS verification code within the activation window (30 minutes), your account balance is automatically credited back. No support request is required.

2. Manual Cancellation

You may cancel an activation before receiving a verification code. Cancelled activations receive a full balance credit immediately.

3. Successful Activations

Once a verification code is received and displayed, the activation is considered complete and the charge is final. We cannot refund activations where the code was successfully delivered.

4. Top-Up Refunds

Cryptocurrency top-ups are generally non-refundable. Unused account balance remains on your SMSTwins account for future activations. Exceptional cases may be reviewed by contacting [email protected].
